From 25 to 26th February the Department of Orthodontics in collaboration with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery conducted a 2-day workshop on Orthognathic Surgery. Day-1 contained a series of lectures relevant to the topic delivered by Dr. Sohrab Shaheed and Dr. Ayesha Iftikhar along with lectures by the surgery department.

Workshop on Model Surgery was conducted by Dr. Nasir Mushtaq, Dr. Faizan ul Hassan and Dr. Arsalan Khan of the Orthodontic Department of RCD. They worked in coordination with external facilitators Dr. Ahsan Mehmood Shah and Dr. Muhammad Saood from Khyber College of Dentistry. Content included facebow recording, articulator mounting followed by model surgery.

Almost 30 post graduate residents from all over the country participated in the 2-day activity their feedback was entirely positive and expressed great interest in participating in future activities by RCD.
